Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

1. Deep understand business scenarios and align purchasing requirements with business team.

2. Explore supplier resources based on business requirements.

3. Conduct quotation/ price negotiation process with supplier to best utilize cost.

4. Conduct PR process / bidding process / contract process / payment process in system.

5. Explore creative solution and resources to help business team improve cost effectiveness.

6. Contract management. Tracking contract status to make sure all the contract in line with internal compliance requirements.

7. Supplier relationship management including payment management and related resource management.

8. Perform any other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

1.Fluent English and Mandarin speaking and writing.

2.Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)

3.Excellent organizational and time-management skills

4.Strong written and oral communication skills

5.Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

6.Good math skills and analytical abilities

7.At least bachelor degree.
