Internship Overview
As an Administrative Clerk Intern, you'll help spread awareness of our CPR training programs throughout local schools, community groups, the healthcare industry, churches, and corporate businesses. You’ll gain real-world experience in community engagement, grassroots marketing, and health education while building relationships and growing your professional network.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answering customer inquiries and addressing their concerns, providing information, and taking and processing orders
Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports, and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
Outreach strategies to promote our CPR training programs. Answering phone calls and calling customers/vendors to follow up on appointments. 50-75 call outs daily
Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure a consistent supply of office materials
Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
Clerical duties such as operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments
Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports, and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
Help identify and connect with schools, fitness centers, daycares, and community orgs
Represent One Love CPR at local events, health fairs, and networking meetups
Collaborate on email campaigns and promotions to boost participation
Help track outreach efforts and maintain contact databases
Learn the basics of CPR and how health training programs work
What We’re Looking For
Current student or recent grad in marketing, communications, Sales, Contract management, public/health field
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
Self-starter who’s organized and open to learning
Passion for community impact and public safety
Reliable transportation for local travel
Bonus Points For
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
Experience using social media, Canva, or email tools like Mailchimp
Interest in education, Business, for-profit, nonprofits, or health-related fields
