Office Services Coordinator

What are we looking for:

We are looking for a dedicated Office Services/Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure efficient customer shipments, inventory, and office maintenance. Those who enjoy working independently and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping expertise: Pack and ship AIAG publications globally using UPS system
  • Managing inventory: Purchasing publications, shipping, office and kitchen supplies
  • Office maintenance: Handling kitchen, coffee service and catering operations, coordinating office repairs and maintenance
  • Customer service: Handle sales returns, resolve customer issues involving shipments and establish improvements

Minimum Requirements

  • Shipping and purchasing experience preferred
  • Must be able to easily lift up to 30 lbs. and be able to move tables/chairs
  • Hours 7:00am to 4:00pm with ability to work after hours as needed
  • Ability to communicate and work with employees/customers/vendors at all levels
  • Computer and software experience-Outlook/Word/Excel required
  • Reliable transportation required to drive
