The Role and Expectations of Marketing Intern

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Intern to join our marketing team in the civil construction industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen interest in the construction industry, and be eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts. Every position on our team is valued and meaningful.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and email newsletters. Help ensure content aligns with brand messaging and targets the right audience.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of the company’s social media accounts, including creating posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement. Track performance metrics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to help inform marketing strategies. Provide insights on how to improve our brand positioning and outreach in the construction sector.
  • Branding and Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. Help with creative brainstorming sessions and support the implementation of campaigns across various platforms.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaigns. Prepare reports to showcase marketing performance.

  • Current enrollment in a 4-year degree accredited university program.
