Position Title: Client Services Coordinator Internship

Anticipated Start Date: June 2025

Number of Hours: 10-15 Hours a week

Pay: $20/hour

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Precision Retirement Group is seeking a Client Services Support Intern. This person will assist the Business Partners on various projects and tasks to grow the business. This person will work on a wide variety of projects including marketing, office management, and advertising.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
  • Assist with ongoing plan service work, including communication by email with participants, and answering participant questions
  • Handle bulk mailing initiatives
  • Provide daily assistance with general office duties                                               

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization skills
  • Must be able to prioritize effectively and work with minimal supervision and/or direction
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, contributing to overall office success
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, or Communication field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate personal integrity, and handle confidential information daily
  • Self-motivated with a desire and willingness to learn

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position will be in an office, working in an open collaborative space with their own desk. The position is primarily sedentary. The position may provide the opportunity to attend meetings off-site.
