ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Murphy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• People-oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prior Sales experience

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of Western Illinois University.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
