Digital Support Specialist

We’re seeking a highly motivated Digital & Technical Operations Associate to support our internal teams and clients by providing essential web, digital, and IT support. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has a knack for problem-solving, and enjoys being the go-to person for technical needs. You'll work closely with media, social, account, and development teams to ensure seamless digital execution, reliable tech operations, and efficient internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

 Web & Content Support

  • Manage content updates and ongoing maintenance across client websites (primarily Drupal and WordPress)
  • Upload creative assets, copy, and digital content in line with campaign schedules
  • Conduct QA to ensure web elements render correctly and function as intended
  • Assist with form integrations, embed codes, and plugin troubleshooting
  • Digital Campaign Execution
  • Support the media and social teams by:
  • Maintain shared campaign tracking systems to ensure assets and specs are implemented accurately

Internal Tech & IT Support

  • Set up and troubleshoot computers for new hires and existing employees
  • Provide support for printers, Wi-Fi/network connectivity, and basic IT issues
  • Assist with email configuration, file access issues, and general desktop software needs
  • Manage inventory of tech hardware and coordinate replacements/updates as needed

Hosting, Domains & Server Support

  • Help manage domain registrations, DNS settings, and SSL renewals
  • Monitor basic server uptime and escalate issues to development partners
  • Assist in documentation of hosting credentials, server access, and process guides

Media & Analytics Support (as needed)

  • Provide troubleshooting of Google Tag Manager, tag misfires, or pixel-related issues
  • Assist in communication and coordination with media tech vendors (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google) to resolve technical issues
  • Help QA URLs, UTM parameters, and ensure proper tracking implementation pre-campaign launch
  • Occasionally assist with gathering or formatting basic performance data for reports or dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Drupal and WordPress CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and content formatting
  • Understanding of hosting environments, DNS settings, and basic web infrastructure
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, basic Excel/Sheets, and ticketing tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Tech-savvy with a can-do attitude and ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
