Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to help grow our cash-based physical therapy services and increase awareness of our wellness studio offerings. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real marketing strategies while being part of a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns

Create and schedule content for Instagram (@allianceptsantacruz + @alliancewellnessstudio)

Design marketing materials (flyers, graphics, newsletters) using Canva or similar tools

Support community outreach, event promotion, and partnership development

Conduct market research and track campaign performance

Collaborate with staff to align messaging with our brand values

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram)

Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools

Passion for holistic wellness, movement, and community-centered health care

Self-motivated, dependable, and creative
