MARKETING & GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP

August 2025 - June 2026


Live Wire is an independently produced public radio show in Portland, Oregon. We are seeking an intern with graphic design experience to support the marketing efforts for our weekly broadcast and live recording events. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and detail-oriented, understands or has an interest in our current branding as a digitally expanding public radio show, and would work within brand guidelines to build assets for Live Wire's digital and print marketing. The opportunity to conceptualize new designs and explore additional creative ways to showcase all elements of Live Wire would be encouraged. Additionally, tasks that support the marketing efforts of the organization, including PR releases and research, episode transcriptions, website updates, and social media support, would all be part of this role.

We are seeking a collaborative, open-minded, and curious self-starter to join the Live Wire team starting August 18th.

Pay is $500 per month.
