You live at the intersection of operations, client service, and growth—the heart of our firm’s “Venn diagram.” You’re tech-savvy, process-oriented, and driven by both precision and people. As a remote Client Service Associate, you’ll support the advisory team, streamline systems, elevate the client experience, and contribute to marketing and business development efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain CRM data, prep for meetings, take notes, and ensure task completion
- Support internal operations, team workflows, and compliance tracking
- Assist with marketing content (social, blog, podcast, YouTube, etc.)
- Communicate with custodians, vendors, and clients in a timely, professional way
- Help drive consistency and excellence across our client experience

- Organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive—you get things done and done well
- Tech-friendly (ie. Schwab, Wealthbox, Orion, Riskalyze, Holistiplan, G Suite, Mac)
- Comfortable juggling tasks and learning new systems independently
- A people-first mindset with the confidence to call, follow up, and problem-solve
- Enjoy crafting social content and driving engagement
- Have a knack for improving processes and documentation
- Value collaboration but thrive working remotely and independently
