In this role you’ll design and close full-funnel, multi-brand programs that may include interactive web experiences, custom research projects, search-engine marketing (SEM/SEO), sponsored content, webinars, display, email nurture, event sponsorship and more. You’ll own the relationship at every stage—from prospecting to renewal—while teaming with editors, strategists, and production experts to keep campaigns on plan and on budget.

What You’ll Do:
- Sell innovative digital solutions to agencies and B2B clients across the building and construction space.
- Lead discovery calls to understand the goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority, consequences and implications of our customers to build marketing solutions that leverage our vast reach, deep service offering and engaged communities.
- Build custom-tailored solutions that engage prospects from awareness through retention, maximizing lifetime value, including detailed marketing strategies, research studies, interactive websites, SEM/SEO, account-based marketing, sponsored webinars, lead-nurture workflows, digital/display advertising, sponsored content and more.
- Collaborate with publishers, editors, and internal teams to set goals, refine strategies, and uncover fresh revenue opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client service that turns partners into advocates.
- Keep everything on track using our CRM (Launchpad) and proposal system (PandaDoc).
- Forecast, report, and analyze trends to identify sponsorship and custom content opportunities.
- Understand your clients’ goals—and deliver creative solutions that meet them.
- Travel to trade shows to meet with clients and meet new prospects and sometimes to their offices to meet in person.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of B2B media, MarTech or digital advertising sales with a history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Fluency in modern digital tactics—including SEM/SEO, interactive web builds, custom research, display, content marketing, webinars, and email automation—and ability to explain ROI metrics.
- Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfort with tools like Word, Excel, Launchpad CRM, and PandaDoc.
- Experience in construction or building products industry.
