Then check out Tiger’s Eye Benefits Consulting.  We are a Hagerstown, MD based “niche” accounting and consulting practice.  We specialize in the administration and related consulting for qualified retirement plans, most notably 401(k) Plans maintained by our business clients. 

We need individuals with:

  1. Accounting and/or Business Administration education with great organizational skills.
  2. Education in advanced mathematics, statistics and actuarial science will be a plus.
  3. Proficiency and Expertise with Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook
  4. General computer proficiency, including the ability to work with multiple internet-based applications.
  5. Strong communication skills – the ability to communicate and interact with coworkers and clients.
  6. A positive attitude and outlook on work and life.
  7. A strong sense of teamwork.  Our office has multiple personnel, each with their own specific job duties, but all of whom interact and work together to the common goal of servicing our clients to the highest ability.
  8. A strong work ethic.  Make no mistake, Tiger’s Eye fosters a high quality and high output work environment.  We service a large number of business clients with a diverse array of service needs.
