Position Summary:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support our Clinical Marketing Coordinator and sales team on key initiatives including trade show prep, social media, digital content creation, and product marketing. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of medical device marketing and contribute to a growing, award-winning company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
Create and edit content for social media, email, and print
Help manage digital asset libraries and internal resources
Support tradeshow and event logistics (booth setup, promotional items, etc.)
Create and manage demo products and displays for the sales team
Research industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver marketing materials
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media tools is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Interest in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus
Internship Details:
Location: On-site at SurGenTec headquarters in Boca Raton, FL
Hours: Flexible; part-time (15–20 hours/week)
Duration: Summer or Fall semester (with potential to extend)
