FME - Data Management Intern

DURATION:               4-6 Weeks

 

FORMAT:                   Hybrid – In-Person (3 days)/Remote (1 day)

                                    24-32 Hours

We are seeking creative, organized, and motivated individuals to join the FME team for a 6–8 week summer internship. These hybrid roles offer the opportunity to work remotely while attending scheduled in-person meetings or events. The internship provides hands-on experience supporting digital marketing, branding, and communications initiatives, with a focus on technical content development, website development, and internal FME communication projects. 

Overview:
This role focuses on organizing and optimizing Ty-Flot’s data infrastructure for FME product and packaging information. A great fit for students interested in supply chain, product management, or data organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support collection and standardization of product and packaging attribute data
  • Assist in improving internal data tracking systems
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to align data accuracy
  • Help prepare data for use in technical marketing and documentation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a Technical related field.
  • Strong interest in brand strategy, digital marketing, product development and internal communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or coursework in social media management, content marketing, or product development or sales.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with remote work complemented by required in-person sessions in Houston, TX.
