The Role: Order Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and energetic to take the lead on all things order-related. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping customer orders moving smoothly—from placement to delivery. Expect to collaborate across teams, solve problems on the fly, and play a key part in making sure our clients stay happy and projects stay on track.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and process customer orders daily
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to keep orders accurate and on time
  • Troubleshoot issues, track order status, and keep the team in the loop
  • Analyze order data and look for ways to improve workflows
  • Support the showroom team to elevate the client experience

What You Bring

  • Experience with order management and fulfillment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and detail-obsessed
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus points for retail, showroom, or distribution experience
  • Familiarity with order tracking software
