The Role: Order Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)
We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and energetic to take the lead on all things order-related. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping customer orders moving smoothly—from placement to delivery. Expect to collaborate across teams, solve problems on the fly, and play a key part in making sure our clients stay happy and projects stay on track.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process customer orders daily
- Communicate with clients and vendors to keep orders accurate and on time
- Troubleshoot issues, track order status, and keep the team in the loop
- Analyze order data and look for ways to improve workflows
- Support the showroom team to elevate the client experience
What You Bring
- Experience with order management and fulfillment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-obsessed
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus points for retail, showroom, or distribution experience
- Familiarity with order tracking software
