Events & Finance Coordinator
Stanford University is seeking an Events & Finance Coordinator for a full-time temporary position for 6 months to provide administrative and financial support for our events.
What we are looking for:
- Basic accounting/financial transaction experience
- Experience supporting events and calendar management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Minimum high school diploma, three years of administrative and financial/bookkeeping experience
This 6-month role is a temporary full-time (40 hours/week) with a hybrid schedule, onsite 2-3 days a week, and for events. The location is on Stanford’s main campus at Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center, 326 Galvez Street.
The expected pay range for this position is $39.46 – $44.30 per hour.
