Marketing Intern

DIGroup Architecture, a minority-owned business headquartered in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Marketing Intern. Responsibilities: 

Assist with the systematic entry and maintenance of data in our marketing databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 

Proactively gather essential project information, including photography, descriptions, team members, and other relevant details, from project managers and other internal resources. 

Provide support in the preparation of proposals for timely completion. 

Assist in facilitating communication with our social media manager by providing updates, images, and other relevant content. 

Support the distribution of project information to the copywriting team for press releases and assist the marketing specialist in keeping the flow of current company news up to date. 

Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks as needed including contributing to the organization and maintenance of marketing materials, both digital and physical, website updates, and documenting company events.
