Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and litigation strategy. You’ll be handling your own caseload from complaint drafting through resolution, including taking depositions, reviewing discovery, attending mediations, court appearances, and trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 2-5 years experience in personal injury litigation
• Experience supervising paralegals
• Outstanding client communication and advocacy skills
• Superior writing abilities and oral advocacy
• Spanish language skills beneficial
