This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure to real estate underwriting, investment analysis, and market research. You'll work closely with experienced leaders and contribute to critical client proposals, financial models, and budgeting initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain one-year and multi-year pro formas and financial models for multifamily real estate assets.
  • Assist in creating detailed 12-month operating budgets for new and existing assets.
  • Analyze market data, including occupancy trends, rental comps, demographics, and economic indicators.
  • Support the development of proposals and pitch presentations for current and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate property tours and financial data collection with real estate brokers.
  • Review existing asset-level service contracts to support operational efficiency.
  • Participate in client meetings and business development sessions to offer analytical insights.
  • Assist with special projects, ad-hoc requests, and process improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field—recent or soon-to-be (within 6 months) graduates welcome.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in real estate analysis, underwriting, or financial modeling; internship experience strongly considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, modeling) and comfortable using PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Foundational understanding of real estate finance and multifamily property operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple projects at once.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a team environment.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
