Individual Student Planning

- Education in understanding of self, including strengths and weaknesses
- Transition planning
Responsive Services
- Participant in district data-based Student Support Team (SST) monitoring
- Facilitator of high school data-based SST
- Individual and small group counseling
- Individual/family/school crisis intervention
- Peer facilitation
- Consultation/collaboration
- Referrals
Testing
- Scheduling and managements of district and state common assessments
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED: Master’s degree in school counseling, certification/certifiable in guidance.
PREFERRED: Three to five years of successful school counseling work with grades 9-12.
DAYS PER YEAR: 195 DAYS PER WEEK: 5 HOURS PER DAY: 7.75
SALARY RANGE: By NTA contract.
STARTING DATE: August 15, 2025
