Business Development Representative (BDR)

Through small and often unseen, our seals play a key role in the performance and quality of the world's products. We work closely with OEMs to provide sealing solutions in critical applications. What You'll Do:
- Research & Prospect: Identify & research potential customers that need sealing solutions.
- Outreach: Connect with new leads via email & phone, sparking interest in our product and services.
- Qualify leads: Determine if potential customers are a good fit and how we can help them solve their application needs.
- Collaborate: Work with the sales team to improve messaging, enhance outreach strategies, and drive results.
- KPIs: keep track of outreach activities, measure success, and provide feedback to improve performance.
Skills We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and prospects.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce), Marketing (Hubspot), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn.
- Passion for learning and uncovering information to identify new leads.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage your time effectively.
- Positive attitude and readiness to collaborate and learn from the Sales and Engineering team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Interest in sales, business development, or engineering, working with OEMs.
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or project management is a plus, but not required.
