Business Development Representative (BDR)

Through small and often unseen, our seals play a key role in the performance and quality of the world's products. We work closely with OEMs to provide sealing solutions in critical applications. If you want to make an impact, grow your career, and be part of an innovative team, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us. 

What You'll Do: 

• Research & Prospect: Identify & research potential customers that need sealing solutions.
• Outreach: Connect with new leads via email & phone, sparking interest in our product and services.
• Qualify leads: Determine if potential customers are a good fit and how we can help them solve their application needs.
• Collaborate: Work with the sales team to improve messaging, enhance outreach strategies, and drive results.
• KPIs: keep track of outreach activities, measure success, and provide feedback to improve performance.

Skills We're Looking For: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and prospects.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce), Marketing (Hubspot), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn.
• Passion for learning and uncovering information to identify new leads.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage your time effectively.
• Positive attitude and readiness to collaborate and learn from the Sales and Engineering team.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Interest in sales, business development, or engineering, working with OEMs.
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or project management is a plus, but not required.
