Remote Internship Opportunity: Flight Operations Support

Launch your career with DroneHive! As a remote intern, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience supporting the Flight Operations departments. This is a work-from-home position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily interviews with pilot applicants.
  • Maintain and update pilot profiles in our RICO system through accurate data entry.
  • Verify pilot Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) credentials via the FAA database.
  • Prepare and update essential client documentation.
  • Manage and organize flight schedules and calendars.
  • Assist with invoice verification processes.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings between pilots and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program.
  • Genuine passion for unmanned aviation and its future potential.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related customer-facing industry is a plus.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Personal computer (laptop or desktop capable of handling online tasks).
  • Smartphone.
