Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct deep dives on elder care trends, market sizing, and competitor strategies.

Analyze payer-provider dynamics, caregiver labor trends, and AI in healthcare.

Create strategic briefs to inform leadership decisions and investor materials.

Growth & Business Model Strategy

Help evaluate and refine new service offerings, pricing models, and expansion playbooks.

Support strategy sprints to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Contribute to financial modeling and unit economics assessments.

Partnership Development & Stakeholder Mapping

Identify and assess potential B2B, health system, or nonprofit partners.

Assist in outreach, proposal drafting, and building presentation decks.

Research local and national healthcare ecosystems for alignment opportunities.

Special Projects for the CEO & Leadership Team

Work directly with the CEO on rapid-response strategy tasks.

Prepare internal memos, decision matrices, and frameworks for key company priorities.

Participate in high-level brainstorming and impact evaluations.

Ideal Candidates

Students majoring in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Healthcare Management, or related fields.

Analytical thinkers who love solving complex problems.

Strong research and synthesis skills — you can turn ambiguity into insight.

Excellent writers and communicators, especially in slide decks and executive summaries.

Bonus: Previous experience with consulting clubs, VC/startups, or case competitions.
