Video Production Intern
The Corporate Marketing department in Rain Bird Corporation’s Tucson office is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Intern to support the development of Rain Bird’s new Learning Center. This role offers hands-on experience in video production, editing, and content creation for professional training programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has strong technical skills, and is eager to contribute to high-quality learning content that engages and educates landscape and irrigation professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for training and development programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture [AS1] technical demonstrations and product overviews.
- Edit and enhance video footage using professional editing software[AS2] , ensuring high-quality output.
- Organize and manage video files, media libraries, and project assets.
- Create graphics, animations, and other visual elements to complement video content.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Support the team in scripting and storyboarding video projects.
- Research and recommend new video techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in managing video production schedules and timelines.

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, audio recording, and video production techniques.
- Experience with video editing software and motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing work.
- Understanding of social media platforms and video optimization for digital content is a plus.
- Ability to lift and transport video equipment as needed.
