About the Role:
Customized Energy Solutions is hiring a Retail Billing Analyst to join our growing Retail Services team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 5 years of experience who is interested in energy markets, data analysis, and operational problem-solving.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our Retail Energy operations, working with teams across the company to ensure accurate billing, improve processes, and help us deliver excellent service to our clients. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic, team-based environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily billing processes through data validation, exception management, and quality checks.
• Help define and improve software tools and reports used in Retail Energy billing operations.
• Troubleshoot billing issues and respond to client-related escalations.
• Conduct system audits using Excel and SQL to verify data accuracy.
• Collaborate with both technical and business teams to automate and improve billing workflows.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions based on facts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points (Not Required):

• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience in the Retail Energy industry or with billing systems.
