BridgeMD Solutions is hiring pre-health students and recent graduates for entry-level, paid clinical roles in urgent care/family medicine.

This unique learnership gives you the chance to get trained and get hired — with direct patient care, real mentorship from medical professionals, and hours that count toward your med or PA school application.

🧠 Skills You’ll Gain or Use in This Role:

Measuring & documenting vitals (BP, HR, RR, Glucose levels, Temp, O2)

Patient rooming & history-taking

EMR use (NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Athena, Epic or similar)

Scribing clinical encounters

Wound care assistance & post-op follow-up

Front desk operations (check-in/out, referrals, insurance verification)

Chart preparation & physician schedule support

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or graduated from a pre-health, biology, kinesiology, or related major

Passion for medicine, PA, nursing, or public health

Availability to work at least 22–30 hours/week for 12+ months

Strong communication, time management, and professionalism

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required

No certification or experience is needed — we provide training!

🎓 Optional Training Pathway (BridgeMD Academy):

For applicants without prior clinical experience, we offer a 3-week self-paced training program covering:

Medical terminology & clinical workflows

HIPAA/OSHA regulations

Charting, HPI writing, and patient notes

Injections, referrals, suture removal (theory-based)

Front desk etiquette & billing basics

💵 Compensation & Placement Details:

Hourly Pay: $18–$23/hour

Guaranteed placement in partner clinics upon training completion

Flexible scheduling based on your school/work needs

Some clinics offer bonus opportunities or extended mentorship tracks
