## 12-Month Remote Development Program

100% Remote 100% Flexible 

### Overview
The Sports Leadership Incubator is a 100% remote, flexible program developing purpose-driven sports leaders who contribute to the Make The Difference publication. Through mentorship, skill development, and professional networking, participants build career-advancing competencies while creating meaningful change through athletics.

### Participation Options
1. **Volunteer Track**: 5-10 hours weekly, perfect for those with other commitments
2. **Academic Credit**: Earn university credit while developing leadership skills
3. **Paid Fellowship**: Selected candidates receive $500-$750 monthly stipends, with potential advancement to independent contractor status ($20-$30/hour, up to 15 hours weekly)
