Job Summary:

As a Digital Media Intern, you’ll be the go-to for capturing and editing jaw-dropping photos of our showcase homes. You'll be helping our Digital Media Specialist make sure our website looks 🔥🔥🔥 with fresh, consistent, and high-quality images. This part-time gig is perfect if you’re looking to build your portfolio while getting a behind-the-scenes look at real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Photo Editing: Take real estate photos from basic to brilliant, making sure every shot fits our brand vibe and quality standards.
• Photo Organization: Keep our photo library neat, tidy, and ready to roll when we need it.
• Support Digital Media Production: Work with our Digital Media Specialist to capture images of our beautiful homes (yep, you’ll get to be on-site).
• Content Upload: Help us get those freshly edited photos live on our website.
• Assist with Special Projects: Jump in on cool projects like video production, content creation, and virtual tours when needed.

Qualifications: 

• Photography & Editing Skills: You’ve got experience with photo editing (like Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools) and you’re not afraid to use it.
• Attention to Detail: Perfectionist vibes welcome — we’re all about quality.
• Creativity: You’re a visual storyteller who’s always thinking about the "wow" factor.
• Organizational Skills: You’re on top of your files, your deadlines, and your to-do lists.
• Self-Starter Energy: You’re not waiting for someone to tell you what’s next — you’re already doing it.
• Preferred Experience: Bonus points if you’ve studied photography, graphic design, or have relevant hands-on experience.

Skills & Abilities: 

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (hello, Photoshop and Lightroom)
• Basic understanding of file management and cloud storage
• Team player with strong communication skills (we’re all in this together)
• Passion for real estate, architecture, or home design is a plus

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours — perfect for students or anyone juggling multiple commitments. We’ll work with you to figure out the best schedule.
