Right now, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end prospect-to-client process—and to help drive sustainable, strategic growth.

If you're ready to:

  • Lead and optimize every stage of the engagement process, ensuring seamless, proactive client experiences
  • Track and manage every deal in motion so that no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Drive daily "hot list" priorities and ensure action steps are crystal clear and completed
  • Own and refine pipeline meetings and reporting for maximum clarity and impact
  • Lead and coach a talented team, aligning activities to strategic priorities
  • Ensure the highest quality control standards for every client proposal
  • Master our internal tools and step in with hands-on support during peak periods
  • Continuously improve the engagement process to elevate both client and team experiences
  • Collaborate closely with our Director of Operations to fuel systemization and growth
  • Play an integral leadership role in cross-functional decision-making and alignment

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
  • Semi-Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 50% of annual base salary (based on contributions and impact)

What Qualifies You:

  • 5+ years in a revenue operations role with a strong track record of success
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor or extensive experience working inside a financial advisory firm (strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience managing revenue pipelines and/or leading revenue-focused operational teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Asana project management tools (highly preferred)
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with precision, urgency, and accountability
  • A leadership-oriented, hands-on mindset and a passion for creating efficiency and impact
