$63,000 - $94,500

 

Base Pay will be commensurate with the level of Beverage Distribution Experience

Job Description:

The Business Analyst provides fact-based, insight-led, and actionable solutions to drive growth for the Category, customer and Fisher59. They will assist in activating category strategies by using the tools, insights, and analytics from internal, 3rd party, and retailer-specific data. In addition, this proactive thought leader will drive assigned process improvement initiatives with interim progress reporting to Executive Champion and Project Committee.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 2+ years business analysis/category management experience in BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION is required

· Ability to work cross functionally with internal Fisher59 groups conducting research and in developing customer insights

· Ability to cultivate working relationships with Fisher59 teams and their customers to understand business and information needs

· Strength in communicating verbally and delivering articulate presentations

· Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with fact-based solutions

· Proven ability to use data and analytics to develop insights

· Understanding of chain sales, retail, and distributor operations

· Understanding of in-store execution practices

· Strong computer and analytical skills.

· Advance Excel skills

· VIP and/or Encompass experience REQUIRED

· Dashboard ability

· Power BI

 

Job Duties:

Proactively Create and plan leadership solutions which will deliver profitable growth for our customers and Fisher59.

  • Develop the knowledge and skills to consistently provide quality, fact-based support including:
  • Portfolio & Category Performance & Recommendations
  • Competitive Market Analysis
  • Project Leadership & Support
  • Ad Hoc and Ongoing Data Management, Reporting and Presentation Building
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing team to build creative strategies by providing actionable fact-based insights and solutions that support leadership objectives for customer, evaluate/monitor all customer leadership solutions, turn analysis into recommended action and continually improve to be more effective and efficient
  • Leverage insights and resources through the utilization of a broad range of data sources, market research findings, tools, analyses, and technology to continually bring new ideas to stakeholders
