Senior Sterilization Microbiologist - Bergen County NJ 

Join our dynamic R&D Microbiology team! Lead microbiological and sterility assurance control programs, analyzing data, developing tactical plans, and implementing procedures. Drive scientific research to support product growth and ensure compliance with stringent standards. Contribute to new market launches, offering scientific insights and guiding project progression. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our product portfolio and maintain competitive advantage in the market. Take ownership of projects, demonstrate scientific excellence, and drive innovation in sterilization and microbiology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Biological Science (Master's/Ph.D. preferred)

Experience in regulated R&D environments (can include pharma, medical device, cosmetics, personal care, consumer goods)

Strong microbiology expertise; FDA regulations knowledge a plus
