
Customer Services Representative
Overview:
Sheffler Insurance Services is looking for a friendly, proactive, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. This position involves assisting clients with inquiries, processing policy changes, and supporting lenders with required updates. No prior insurance experience is necessary—we’re looking for someone with a passion for helping people and excellent phone communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
•
Conduct follow-up & late calls with clients as needed
•
Provide support for client inquiries and policy updates
•
Process mortgage-related policy changes
•
Handle other insurance policy modifications and administrative tasks
Requirements:
•
1–2 years of customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred)
•
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
•
High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not required
•
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through
•
Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required
