We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a budding accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountants.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to pursue a career in accounting.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts is a plus.
