Essential Job Functions:

 

Assist in the growth of company by reaching recruitment goals.  

 

Job duties:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and interface with all levels of management in order to meet recruitment needs
  • Reviews resumes and applications
  • Learn and communicate Company history, mission, strategy, and principles to convey to candidates, career service professionals and industry colleagues
  • Facilitate entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers - ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, and company policies
  • Assess the degree to which candidates meet the necessary requirements for each position and fit culturally within the organization
  • Consult with hiring manager (and other interviewers) on each candidate and offer helpful insight to assist hiring manager in making final candidate selection
  • Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain necessary files covering applications, interview documents, and other pertinent hiring documentation
  • Network with candidates by attending job fairs, other recruiting events or by participating in industry functions
  • Develops ongoing effective relationships that will result in increased applicant flow from universities/colleges
  • Completes offers of employment, including communication of benefit information
  • Assists with job posting creation
  • Effectively on-boards candidates including assisting with background checks and licensing paperwork when necessary
  • Track and follow up with new recruits throughout licensing process
  • All other tasks assigned

 

 

 

Education/Knowledge & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Attention to Details
  • Must Have a Strong Work Ethic and ability to Work Autonomously
  • 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience preferred
