Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and passionate college student to serve as a Brand Ambassador for Bloom Back Flowers. This person will represent our brand at networking events, establish and nurture connections with venues and event professionals, and act as the face of our business in the community. If you love flowers, luxury design, and making meaningful connections — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Attend networking meetings, college events, local mixers, and industry gatherings to represent the Bloom Back Flowers brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, event planners, funeral homes, and other potential partners.
• Clearly communicate Bloom Back’s unique offerings—our bespoke, non-packaged, luxury floral services, and professional demeanor with timely, proactive communication, no-mess service, and seamless collaboration.
• Distribute marketing materials and speak knowledgeably about our services and aesthetic.
• Gather contact information and follow up with warm leads.
• Occasionally assist with on-site floral installations or behind-the-scenes content creation (optional).
• Provide feedback on market trends and suggest innovative ways to boost visibility and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (marketing, PR, design, or hospitality majors a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and dependable
• Passionate about flowers, design, or event planning
• Ability to present a polished and professional image of the brand
• Access to reliable transportation
• Familiarity with local events and networking groups preferred
