Account Manager

Just graduating and wondering what's next?

We’re partnering with a growing insurance agency in Maquoketa, IA that’s looking for a friendly, motivated, and service-minded individual to join their team as an Account Manager. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building professional relationships.

No insurance experience? That’s okay — you’ll get on-the-job training and support from a team that wants to see you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients — in person, by phone, and by email

Help customers understand their coverage options and answer questions

Manage client files and ensure records are up-to-date (training provided!)

Support the team with renewals, policy updates, and customer service needs

Learn the foundations of the insurance industry and how to grow within it

What We're Looking For:

Recent or upcoming college graduates from any major

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

Comfortable speaking with clients and solving day-to-day challenges

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Open to learning — insurance is complex, but we’ll teach you the ropes!

Must be available to work on-site in Maquoketa, IA Monday through Friday
