Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hybrid schedule available after probationary period, based on performance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. Position Summary

The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with 2–3 attorneys and will be responsible for managing a full caseload of personal injury litigation files from initial filing through trial preparation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury litigation

Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and notices

Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and pre-trial documents

Manage case calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups

Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files

Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, and opposing counsel

Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses

Ensure timely responses to discovery and other legal obligations

Qualifications

2–5 years of litigation experience in personal injury ideal, but not required

Bachelor's degree required

Paralegal certificate preferred but not mandatory

Strong understanding of court procedures and rules

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software (e.g., Filevine, Needles, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
