Client Service Associate

Position Responsibilities/ Essential Job Duties:

  • Working closely with the client relations team and client service team.
    • Assists the planning team and client service team on tasks, including but not limited to: client tasks follow up, clients email response, paperwork, scheduling, tasks communication between the planning team, client relations team and client service team.
    • Meeting preparation, based on the meeting hosts’ request: reports, pending tasks review, pending scheduling, etc.
    • Communication with other planforms like Schwab, Schwab Alliance, eMoney, etc.
    • Basic client meetings: questionnaire, eMoney setup, estate planning, 401k allocation, rollovers, accounts set up/paperwork, etc.
  • Internal team meetings.
  • Continued education.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Series 65
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6-month data analyst training.
  • Mid to high-level financial planning knowledge.
  • Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • and Outlook).
  • Strong skills in gathering/monitoring, problem-solving, and critical
  • thinking.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time selectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Able to work well individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willing to be flexible and adaptable to the duties and hours of the position.

Working Conditions:

Physical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally or a negligible amount frequently.

 

Physical Activity: Primary working position-sitting, with occasional standing, walking, stooping, crouching, and kneeling; frequent reaching, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, fingering, grasping, typing, talking-speaking clearly, hearing-conversation, and seeing-near.

                                             

Work/Environmental:Moderate noise level consistent with an office environment.

 

Personal/Physiological: Interaction with people, working around people, planning of activities, making judgments in emergency situations, frequent changes in duties and volume of work, intra-organizational communication.
