Marketing Associate

HireLevel is hiring a Marketing Associate to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment in Shiloh, IL! The ideal candidate possesses the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and has a positive attitude. They also have experience editing images, creating brochure content, and scheduling social media posts.

Our client is one of the top commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Southern Illinois/St. Louis Region. They are fueled by 20 experienced brokers with licenses in Illinois and Missouri which makes them the market leader and go-to firm for anyone seeking to buy, sell, lease or invest in this diverse market.

Benefits:

  • Salary $45,000-$52,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create Brochures, Flyers and editing existing marketing material 
  • Edit images, create floor plans and create aerial images for marketing materials 
  • Data entry into CRM System, websites and various marketing platforms 
  • Other Administrative Tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience using Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 2-year experience using Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Crexi and Catylist a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with Dotloop, Zipforms, Dropbox and/or other cloud-based document management systems 
  • Commercial Real Estate Marketing Platforms desired
  • SEO Experience a plus
  • Must be a highly detail-oriented individual
  • Need solid listening skills, telephone etiquette, relationship building ability
