Job Title:  Marketing and Customer Success Intern - Summer 2025

Internship Details:

  • Location:  Work is 100% remote 
  • Residency Requirements:  Indiana, Kentucky, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York or New Jersey
  • Duration:  10 weeks starting no later than June 2, 2025
  • Hours:  20 hours per week
  • Compensation:  $15/hr
  • Eligibility:  Open to current undergraduate students who have completed at least their sophomore year (rising juniors and seniors)

Overview

Burbio.com, a leading provider of K-12 Business Intelligence, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Customer Success Intern to join our team for the summer.   In this role you will contribute to key marketing initiatives and customer success strategies for our clients who range from Fortune 500 companies to startups.

Primary responsibilities:

Marketing/Sales Material Development

  • Create and update slide presentations for client pitches, webinars, conference presentations
  • Create product demo and training materials including videos, presentations and web pages
  • Turn data into compelling charts/graphs/tables for our email newsletter

Customer Success

  • Create product demo and training materials including videos
  • Assist with client set-up and onboarding
  • Manage client account updates including user activations and custom keyword and category settings
  • Create custom reports and analysis per client requests
  • Track customer engagement metrics and develop action plans

Website

  • Build and update web pages as content manager
  • Review site analytics, including user feedback

Marketing and Advertising Analysis

  • Run LinkedIn advertising campaigns and Analyze campaign results and ROI
  • MailChimp email marketing campaign analysis and A/B testing

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience producing reports/charts/graphs and analyzing data in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Experience creating impactful presentations in Powerpoint, GoogleSlides or other presentation tool
  • Proficiency with MailChimp or other email marketing platform
  • Experience with webpage creation using Hubspot or similar content management platform
  • Working knowledge of best practices for website and email communications
