About the Role:
As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for molding the store environment to reflect our company's high standards, values, and operational excellence. You will inspire your team to achieve sales goals, uphold operational processes, and deliver the best shopping experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive store sales through goal setting, creative merchandising, and team motivation.

Uphold all operational standards including cash handling, safety routines, and inventory management.

Recruit, train, schedule, and develop Team Members to deliver consistent excellence.

Lead by example with strong floor presence, customer engagement, and hands-on management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring shopping environment.

Foster a store culture built on fairness, consistency, and team spirit.

Administer progressive discipline processes, performance management, and success planning.

Prepare and maintain necessary operational and personnel documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

2–3 years of retail management or comparable leadership experience (preferred).

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated success in sales-driven environments with a passion for fashion and merchandising.

Ability to lift 40+ lbs., climb ladders, stand for long periods, and complete physical store tasks.

Basic computer skills (browser navigation, software interaction, data entry).

Open availability, including evenings and weekends; occasional travel for meetings/training.
