Social Media & Content Intern – Estella Moon

Estella Moon is a slow fashion brand rooted in sustainability, effortless style, and empowering women to feel confident and beautiful in their everyday lives. We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Social Media & Content Intern to help grow our online presence and connect with our community.

Role Overview:
As our Social Media & Content Intern, you will help manage and grow Estella Moon’s digital presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and email marketing. You'll create beautiful, engaging content that aligns with our brand aesthetic and values, mixing promotional posts with inspiration, storytelling, and community-driven messaging. You’ll also contribute fresh ideas to enhance our content strategy and help brainstorm new ways to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule 3–4 posts per week across social media platforms, mainly Instagram (grid, stories, and reels) and Pinterest.

Write value-driven captions that blend inspiration, education, and subtle promotion in Estella Moon’s brand voice.

Design on-brand, aesthetically aligned content (using Canva or similar tools).

Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs in a timely, warm, and brand-appropriate manner.

Propose and develop new content ideas for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.

Assist with basic email marketing campaigns (brainstorm topics, help draft content, and create visuals).

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and brainstorm creative strategies to increase engagement and visibility.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong interest in fashion, sustainability, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.

Aesthetic eye for design and detail; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools a plus.

Passion for storytelling and creating content that feels authentic and inspiring.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with feedback.

Knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, and basic email marketing tools is a plus.

Position Details:

Remote position; occasional meetings/check-ins via Zoom or email.

Flexible hours (approximately 5–7 hours per week).

Internship position (school credit available if applicable); opportunity for growth into a paid role.
