MRTH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Office Administrator, this role supports the firm’s attorneys and staff with reception, administrative, and facilities-related duties. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and enthusiastic about maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, manage conference room bookings, and assist with meeting set-up and catering.
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Support attorneys and secretaries with filing, scanning, and administrative projects.
  • Assist with IT/AV set-up and general office upkeep.
  • Coordinate with building management on facility-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm or office environment.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
