📚 Contribute to employee training and development programs.

💰 Help with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance tasks.

👥 Shadow shift managers to learn manufacturing operations.

📝 Develop and deliver impactful HR-related projects.

🔧 Participate in continuous improvement programs (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc.).

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

💻 Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

🗣️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

🎉 Experience coordinating events or projects is a plus!
