Internship Description:
Threshold Group, Inc. is looking for motivated interns to work in our Manhattan-based office. Duties include research, event preparation, mailings, donor management and campaign compliance assistance. Interns will gain proficiency in our commonly used campaign software, a better understanding of political campaigns, and the inner workings of campaign functionality.
The ideal candidate will have at least one month of campaign experience or have taken related coursework. Applicants should have a solid academic record, computer proficiency, and excellent people skills. An interest in Democratic politics is a must.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. This position will be offered in-person at our offices in Manhattan. Interns will be required to be in person 4 days a week, 10am to 4pm but are flexible.
This will be a paid internship. Applicants will be able to begin as soon as June 1st and will be asked to stay through August with opportunities available to extend into the fall.
