IT Helpdesk Technician

What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You'll assist users with a variety of technical issues, maintain IT equipment, and help enforce security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide end-user support in person, over the phone, and through email/chat.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and basic network systems.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user devices and peripherals.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with IT-related setup.
- Help maintain IT inventory and support basic printer and VoIP phone troubleshooting.
- Promote and uphold cybersecurity practices and policies.
Tools & Technologies You’ll Use:
- Windows and macOS
- Microsoft Office 365 management
- Active Directory
- VPN and MDM software
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems
- Atlassian JIRA
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with basic networking, client/server environments, and MFA systems
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
