Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates & driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a FUN & UNIQUE candy store experience!

**This position is a year-round position. Open availability needed. Must have own transportation as moving in between both stores is needed. 

Duties:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the candy store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold high sales.
• Train, mentor, and coach store staff to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions & inventory management.
• Passion for sweets and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Able to lift >25 pounds and stand for 7-9 hours.
• Able to work weekends & holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age & have reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
