Provides supervision, guidance, and support to staff and individuals by facilitating the development and implementation of individual treatment or habilitation plans. Provides coordination of individual services and ongoing advocacy and education/training.
Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service related field preferred, with two-three years’ experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities required. 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
- Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites. Computer Skills
