About 30 Below + 30 Threads Division:

30 Below LLC is a mission-driven organization founded by former professional basketball player Milen Brown Jr., focused on youth mentorship and mental health advocacy through sports.
Our apparel brand, 30 Threads, inspires confidence, resilience, and community on and off the court — offering unisex basketball shorts, hats, travel bags, water bottles, and more.

We’re growing fast and looking for a creative Graphic Design Intern to bring our brand vision to life through bold, clean, and inspiring product designs.

About the Role:

• As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll work directly with our CEO to:
• Design graphics for apparel (shorts, t-shirts, hoodies) and accessories (hats, bags, water bottles, etc.)
• Create mockups and visual concepts for new product launches
• Collaborate on brand storytelling through design elements
• Assist in creating marketing materials (e.g., lookbooks, flyers, digital ads, and social media assets)
• Help maintain and evolve the 30 Threads brand identity
• This is a high-impact opportunity where your designs will be seen by athletes, youth programs, and communities nationwide.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong creative instincts with a passion for apparel, streetwear, or sportswear design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools
• Ability to create professional product mockups (experience with Canva, Figma, or Procreate also helpful)
• A strong understanding of modern, youth-centered, clean design aesthetics
• Detail-oriented and able to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for mental health advocacy, sports, or youth empowerment is a bonus!
