Responsibilities
- Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
- Create engaging social media content (posts, videos, stories) and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
- Assist with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
- Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
- Enter contact information into contact management systems
- Assist with execution of email marketing campaigns
- Update / optimize website
- Optimize weekly blog posts, post on website, and promote through other channels
- Use blog post content to create videos and post on multiple channels
- Assist sales team with event planning and execution
- Maintain tracking report of marketing activity
Requirements
- Major: Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a drug test and fingerprinting background check
